Mandala is in the Party Center on Blvd. Kukulcán Km 9, in the heart of the Hotel Zone. You can walk from hotels around Km 9. From anywhere else in the Hotel Zone it's a short taxi ride (agree on the fare before you get in), and the R1 / R2 buses run along the boulevard. Going home late, take an official taxi and stick with your group.
The Party Center has security and is busy all night. Use the same common sense you would at home: watch your drink, stay with your friends, keep your phone and cash secure and use official transportation.
