1. Who we are

Animal Party Nights ("we", "us") is operated by [LEGAL NAME], RFC [RFC], and is an authorized partner that sells access, open bar passes, tables and packages for nightlife venues in Cancun, Quintana Roo, Mexico. Contact: fiesta@animalpartynights.com.

2. Bookings and payment

Submitting the booking form creates a reservation request with a booking number. Payment is made by card through Stripe's secure checkout. Your spot is confirmed once payment is completed; you will receive a confirmation email with your booking number. Prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN); USD amounts are estimates and your bank sets the final exchange rate.

3. Final sale and refunds

• General admission and open bar passes are final sale: non-cancelable and non-refundable.
• Tables and packages may be rescheduled at our discretion if requested at least 72 hours before the event, subject to availability.
• If an event is canceled by the venue, you will receive a full refund or a free date change.

4. Entry requirements

• All guests must be 18+ and present a valid physical photo ID. Photos of IDs are not accepted.
• Check-in must be completed before the time stated for each venue. After that, entry and tables are subject to availability.
• Each venue's dress code applies. The venue reserves the right of admission; entry denied for dress code, intoxication, behavior or missing ID is not refundable.

5. Tables and drinks

Table prices are drink credit at the venue. Tips are not included and the exact table location is not guaranteed. Open bar drinks are personal, valid only in the designated area and for the stated hours, and may not be shared.

6. Liability

Venues are independently operated. We are not responsible for changes to music, line-ups, schedules or services made by the venue, nor for personal belongings, transportation or incidents inside or outside the venue. Please drink responsibly.

7. Trademarks

Mandala®, Mandala Beach®, Rakata®, La Vaquita®, DCave®, Señor Frog's® and their logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used to identify the venues.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Cancun, Quintana Roo, without prejudice to your rights under the Federal Consumer Protection Law (PROFECO).
